Tobie Olson – Cascade, Idaho
Tobie has been an integral part of the IMBA since 2018, serving as a contractor, board member, and long-time President. Now stepping into the role of Vice President, Tobie continues to bring his dedication and leadership to the organization. He initially joined IMBA as a contractor, providing youth riders in his local area with appropriate stock and a safe place to compete. His commitment has always been to prioritize the well-being of riders and their families while creating opportunities for high-level competition. As Vice President, Tobie remains devoted to fostering a safe, honest, and thriving environment for youth bull riding.

Melinda comes from a rodeo-loving family and has been running her own youth rodeo production company, Baad To The Bone Productions, for over a decade. She joined the IMBA family four years ago and has been a vital part of the organization, previously serving as Vice President and now as a dedicated board member. Melinda's passion for youth rodeo shines in her work, and she continues to play a significant role in IMBA’s mission to develop and support young athletes.

Mike Chaffin Jr. – California
​Mike, the founder of AK Bucking Bulls, has a long-standing passion for bull riding and has held titles in the PRCA, IBR, and PBR. His experience as a professional athlete brings a wealth of knowledge to the IMBA. As the father of two IMBA competitors, Mike combines his skill and love for the sport with a dedication to youth bull riding, making him a vital member of the Board of Directors.
